What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. For early check-in or late check-out, write to our front desk; we accommodate requests subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. The open buffet breakfast is included with every room type. It is served on our terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea and in our breakfast hall.
How far are you from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque?
The Blue Mosque is a 3-minute walk (250 m), the Basilica Cistern 5 minutes (350 m), Hagia Sophia 10 minutes (750 m) and Topkapi Palace 12 minutes (850 m).
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. From Istanbul Airport (IST) a one-way transfer starts at 75 € for 1-4 passengers, and from Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) at 80 €. For a round trip, 10 € is deducted from the total of two one-way transfers. You can send your request through the form on our airport transfer page.
Do the rooms have a sea view?
The Deluxe Double Room With Sea View and the Deluxe Triple Room With Sea View are on the top floor of the hotel and look out over the Marmara Sea. Our terrace is open to all guests.
Is there parking?
The hotel does not have its own car park. Our front desk can help with car parks in the Sultanahmet area; because several streets nearby are closed to traffic, we recommend asking us in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in cash or with international credit cards. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
What does your concierge service cover?
City tours, historical and cultural attraction advice, restaurant reservations, shopping recommendations, up-to-date event information and airport transfer arrangements. You can also reach our team on WhatsApp.
Is there internet in the rooms?
All our rooms have free high speed wireless internet. Rooms also have Smart TV, Netflix and satellite channels.
